Common categories of issues, and where to go for each.

Can't sign in

Check that you're using the correct sign-in method for your account (email vs. a social login) - the two aren't interchangeable. If you're still stuck, use the in-app help panel to reach support directly.

Domain not connecting

Domain verification issues are almost always DNS propagation or a misconfigured record. See Custom Domains for the full setup flow, or go straight to Custom domain troubleshooting for common causes.

A post isn't sending, or the editor isn't behaving
