Publishing troubleshooting

Common issues with posts, sending, and scheduling

A post didn't send to subscribers

Check first that the post was actually published (not left as a draft) and that it has subscribers to send to. If it was published and still didn't go out, see Email Delivery

  • most non-delivery issues are on the receiving end (spam filtering, an outdated address) rather than something wrong with the send itself.

A scheduled post didn't go out at the scheduled time

Double-check the scheduled time and timezone in the post's settings - this is the most common cause. If the time was genuinely correct and it still didn't fire, that's worth reporting through the in-app help panel rather than assuming it will resolve itself.

Changes aren't saving in the editor

Posts autosave as you write - if you're not seeing that reflected, check your connection first (autosave needs one). A hard refresh losing unsaved changes usually means the autosave hadn't caught up yet; there's no manual "save" step to remember.

Still stuck

See Troubleshooting for other common issue categories, or reach out through the in-app help panel for anything specific to your account.
