If you think your account's been compromised

Start with your login method and connected sign-in providers, both under Account & Billing - that's where these settings actually live, this page just tells you what they mean. Change your password (or revoke a connected provider) first, ask questions after.

Reporting illegal content

If you believe something on Peakub is illegal, you do not need an account to tell us. The form is linked from Report illegal content in the footer and from the Terms. We acknowledge your notice by email and tell you what we decided. See Report, block and mute.

Where your data lives, and how to get it back

Peakub is built and hosted with EU data protection standards from the start, not bolted on afterward. You can take everything a publication holds, at any time, in open formats: see Export your data. You can take a publication offline with Unpublish, or erase it for good, with thirty days to change your mind, with Remove a publication. Deleting your own account is in Delete your account; it asks you to confirm your password or an emailed code first. For a question about exactly where your data is stored, the in-app help panel connects you to a person.
